María Martín Serrano

Academic director

 

María Martín Serrano has a Bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Philology from the University of Alcalá and in Journalism from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She studied the Masters Degree in Spanish as a Foreign Language Teaching from Instituto Cervantes and Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo.

 

She has worked as a Spanish teacher both in Spain and abroad (Institutos Cervantes in Belgrade and Krakow). She is a DELE examiner and an expert in Spanish teaching for children and teenagers. She is currently working as a Spanish teacher for diplomats and professionals of different sectors. She combines her work as a teacher with teacher training and the making of instructional material for specialised publishers.

Fº Javier Leal Caballero

 

Fº Javier Leal Caballero has a Bachelor’s degree/graduate in Law from UNED. He studied the Masters Degreein Spanish as a Foreign Language from the University of Alcalá de Henares. He has more than fifteen years of experience as a Spanish teacher. Among his specialities are both groups in schools and companies, as well as one-to-one clases to professionals. His students range from diplomats to business executives. Likewise, he has been a tutor in the Practicum of the Masters Degree from Instituto Cervantes, and he is the author of several ELE teaching handbooks, creative work that he currently continues to develop.
